Special Events Committee

The Special Events Committee is responsible for:

  • Developing consistent requirements guidelines for letters of non-objection.

The requirements reflect the expectations of the community in matters related to noise, traffic and parking, clean-up, communications with residents and the RPCRA, as well as policy and security. Here are the current Guidelines for Obtaining a Letter of Support from the RPCRA.
